so you get 19mpg with this…that's what jeeps are listed for highway stock from the factory

@elroy1985 no because once you apply electricity to the cell it will melt the ice inside. The only thing that you have to worry about freezing is the water inside the safety bubbler. You can add 3-4 tablespoons of rubbing alcohol to the water inside the bubbler to prevent freezing.

So does it freeze and become useless in the winter?
