@gakio12 That's a good idea. How about two-hole rubber stoppers to put the balloons on and some rubber tubing to daisy chain them all together. You can fill them all at once remotely without having to handle a sensitive explosive mixture and the length of the tubing will determine the delay as the flame front should race down the tube at a consistent rate, faster than the gas travels out under the pressure of the balloons. Safe, cool, and you can pick it all up at the hardware store.
