Just be careful of the internal connections. Stainless steel is notorious for loosening up connections and causing internal heating and sparking. And as best I can tell, you have a lot of them in this design. (I am assuming that wherever you have two pieces of stainless attached to each other and are passing current though that same junction that the joint/connection has not been welded together.)
