Yes more neutral plates will give less amps and more surface area for HHO production. My system has 13 plates, 2 are neg, 2 is positive and 9 are neutral. I run at under 10 amps, 12.6 Volts and I get about 1 Liter/min.
Nice video :)

1st, get to know your vehicle before hho so you have a baseline. Do regular maintanence stuff (plugs, oil, ect.) and know your mpg's you get, epa's mpg so you know whats going on. Scangauge 2 is great for that. Then you can start building your cell while doing that. decide if you're going to go with wet or dry cells. I'll be posting a new vid soon. Let me know if you have an questions.

I "T"-ed the line. One side going into air intake, one going into the vacuum line.

After you ran a tube from the bubblers, did you run just one line from that into the intake?

The next time a clean out the cells, I may eliminate the neutral. I cannot make all the cells series, it takes to much electorlyte! Thank you very much

I have 4 cells made of three plate each. One pos, one neutral, one neg in each cell. two of the cells are in series with each other. the two groups are in parallel to eachother.

Hi, what do you mean cells connected in 'series/paralle'? which way is it?

Really smart with warmer intake air. If it's a diesel with MAF sensor it should really work. MAF uses a hot and a cool resistor and the more air, the more will the hot resistor be cooled. But with warm air, the MAF will send "less" air to the computer, that will lean out the fuel. Very clever! Thanks!

I have the same truck except for it is a 1998. I have been tracking my mileage for about 5 months now. I just started running HHO a couple of months back. Did you have to add voltage to just the upstream O2 sensor? I have not instaled any electronics yet, but I did run the gas Teed into the throttle body vacuum with no results. How many miles are you getting to a tank of gas now. Check out my videos and the fuel logs embedded in the descriptions.

How do you know for sure that any increase in MPG was not due to the leaner settings on a EFI controller or O2 extender? How do you know the increase is not from that? Also -- if the increase MIGHT be from that can't you burn out a valve or piston over time?
