This is not a fuel cell, this is just a hydrogen generator. Fuel cells turn a fuel (like hydrogen or petrol) direcly into electricity. Please do your research

I see 2 problems.
Firstly, you would need an engine specifically designed to run on H2. Modern petrol engines are highly developed to deal with the way in which petrol burns.
And secondly H2 can be dangerously ignitable when mixed with air. High concentrations can ignite just fron sunlight, and as low as 4% can ignite fron a spark.
How come you haven't blown yourself up recently? ;-).

why did he use baking soda in the water, so the process of the transformation could be heard? I would like to see videos of actual cars running on this, and how to do it yourself.

WoW, that was posted a long time ago.
Yes I do know. My comment was brought on because the Ox;y/Hyd mix seems to be a waste and the Oxy is taking space as the fuel HYD is fed to the carb. This may sound silly but if you think about it, you are trying to replace the Gasoline fuel with Hydrogen. If you can supply a lot of hydrogen and are on cruise control, the gasoline would be supplied accordingly and using less. Power becomes another concern. Too much and it negates any benefit of Hyd.

Do you even know what an octane rating is? I can't remember exactly what it was but it had to do with how much octane is in the fuel. Octane is 8 carbon atoms and 16 hydrogen atoms. And pure hydrogen has a higher octane rating.......doesn't make sense.

Running 20 amps, your water will heat up. I think it is a balance. Warm water splits the hydrogen/oxy easier but controlling how hot it can get is the problem.
Have you thought of what gain you might have if you were to supply just Hydrogen to the car and waste the Oxy??
Gas can have an octane of 94 and I read Hydrogen has an octane of 120. Just wondering how the engine would respond if only the fuel was changed, or displaced with H. On the road, the cruise cont would adjust to power/speed
