HHO SWISS INOX 4 SPIRAL CELL + GAS PRODUCTION TESTS
New spiral cell + test of all cells. The spiral is handmade and absorbs about 32 amps (12 volts) and when I have the casing active it goes to 44 amps but the production remains comparable to the 32 amps: I am realizing that good building skills and equipment are a nice thing to have, but in hydroxy production once the cell is perfect unless you are connecting it to a sofisticated fine tuned electronically advanced electric system you go nearly nowhere, you remain stock. Here is what I do not understand. I have seen many such videos where these bubblers are made to be attached to a car.
So, you draw power from the alternator [burning gasoline] to generate H2 and O2 gas, which is then fed back into the car as a fuel supplement.
There are high losses in converting the water to 2H2 and O2, as evidenced by the heat in the bubbler. The gas being sent back to the engine has less energy than the gasoline used to create it. You'd be better to simply burn the gasoline.

when you have the caseing attached as negative and the spiral as possative, it is the caseing "wall area" that is producing gas, possative produces oxogen, try switching connections arround, i had simmilar in one of my cells, s/s caseing, it produced better, less heat too… nice work guy…

maybe the issue with the blade cell has something to do with the putty material u used conducting also? it may be porous enough to retain water

we have found if you start with 3/4 tsp of baking soda to 1 gallon of d water. it will produce at start 15-20 amps, and after an hour of heating it will increase to 30-35 amps due to heat, which works out great.

the container is a bomb! hho is a very explosiv gas, put in a steel container can amplafay power of explosion ! electrical conexions can make flahs in hho gas and explosion ! put the electrical conexion downstairs in electrolit not in gas hho ! upstairs only hho gas can remain too be colected safety !

You need to alternate all cells pos and neg there is n use for neutral.

To put it better…the amount of gas u can produce is related to the amount of power (watts) you use. let's assume you're using a 12v dc battery, at 20 amps you're pulling 240watts. 12volts at 40 amps is 480 watts. you produce twice as much hho gas at 40amps, but use twice as many watts.

If u noticed, the more amps being pulled the more hho gas u produce. The production of hho gas has nothing to do with the design of the cell, the design of the cell has everything to do with resistance. the lower the resistance the more amps u can pull, thus giving u more hho gas.

Find out what PMW is and how to connect it to you HHO gen.
Don't use salt use baking soda salt makes Chlorine.
HHO gas floats up to the ceiling in a house do project outside.
Use wind power while driving down the road the wind resistance
against the car and a wind turbine connected to the HHO cell.
Search for "simple generator" on YouTube.

This seems to be a far better than average design. Keep going. You are progressing well. These seem to be well thought out experiments, and It seems you are making good progress.

you can weld with hho steel and anything, but below 3 liters per minute, ye you can't weld..

well, what happens if you use a dubble casing,where the spiral is neutral in the middle, the outer casing is possitive and the inner casing is negative?

Only the negative terminal produces anything, that is why your middle terminal is the only one producing.

You are making water heaters, lol.. Water splits around 1.8 volts and the higher the voltage is over that the more of your energy is converted to heat and not hho.. You need to measure gas volume over time at given am draw and calculate watt/minuets for liter of gas. Then you will know your efficiency. Best of luck to you! Nice welding BTW..
