It only went down because demand for oil was temporarily reduced. This was caused by refinery shutdowns during the most recent two hurricanes in the Caribbean.

this was once true i agree. alas the hole in the ozone layer is alowing water particles to escape to space. it's a slow.. but unstoppable process, pretty much like our once perfect water cycle.

i know that, but soon the climate will get warmer and the deserts will begin to spread, then the water will be more valuable and we will need to be more careful about it

Phoneykilla – Water has always been here, water will always be here. Water cannot run out. When you use the restroom, it, after many filters, goes out to the ocean. There it is evaporated and rained down upon the mountains. The water runs down in rivers or streams where we collect it, drink it, and repeat.
