HybridTechUSA.com Hybrid Semi Truck HHO Installation HYDROGEN POWERED SEMI
NOTE: FOR INFORMATION CONTACT ME AT HYBRIDTECHENERGY@GMAIL.COM. DO NOT BOTHER MY CUSTOMERS FOR INFORMATION Here is an video of the installation job on a semi truck with our HT Fusion Flow. We converted this C15 Caterpillar 475hp diesel to run as a hybrid on HHO Gas in conjunction with diesel, resulting in dramatically decreased emissions, and increased fuel efficiency and horsepower. Congratulations to KNIGHT OIL TOOLS for setting an example for the oil and gas service industry in saving ...

you have semi trucks or someone's HHO units on them?
djsteve96 @ 12:57 pm
we have 2 trucks like that where a work and they dont have enough power when u drive on a higher street
frithwks @ 12:57 pm
Sweet looking setup!
I've got to say I'm a little sceptical about the savings of such a device. How do you determine whether this small amount of Hydroxy causes the engine to run rich?
I'm guessing this setup produces roughly 4 to 5 liters of gas per minute at your stated 77 Amps???
Rain4Fuel @ 12:57 pm
this is Jeff Sokol's video, not D3's.
FLYEXTREME @ 12:57 pm
hi d3, can you tell me anything about requirements to fitting hho generators to larger trucks, do they need additional componants for the o2 etc,???
Rain4Fuel @ 12:57 pm
There are several ways to combat the cold with our cells. One way, is to add windshield washer fluid, the below freezing kind, which is mostly water. A better way however, is to install a light which will keep the interior of our cells from becoming cold. Our cells are inside of aluminum boxes, larger than the one you see in this video with much more room inside. Thanks for the question.
babaluto @ 12:57 pm
So what do we do about freezing when it's 10 degrees??? or dare I say, colder?? I had a good friend lose his multi-plate cell because it froze solid on his rig.
Rain4Fuel @ 12:57 pm
Sorry, but this is proprietary information. This information is only available to distributors of HybridTech, however sometimes it isn't necessary.
jriggs8012 @ 12:57 pm
Can you tell me what setting you typically tweak, im just looking for a place to start with my truck, thanks
Rain4Fuel @ 12:57 pm
Our team has invested a lot of time and money into creating our packages. Changes do not need to be made to the ECM for good performance, but in order to optimize the use of the HHO we tweak certain parameters in the ECM. This is on a case by case basis, and how much the client wants to invest in his truck.
jriggs8012 @ 12:57 pm
Did you do anything to change the sensor readings on the ecm? Have you seen an increase yet? What year engine? is it an HPCR fuel system?
Rain4Fuel @ 12:57 pm
After the turbo, pulling 77 amps.
Rain4Fuel @ 12:57 pm
Thank you. We've worked a long time to get this put together.
batistax777 @ 12:57 pm
simply beautiful!!!
BigFireDave @ 12:57 pm
First of all, to some of the comment previous to this, most big deisles do not have O2 sensors, at least the ones I have been working on the last 10 years dont. They DO have boosgt pressure senors (MAP) and the computer usually sets the fuel dispensed by a combiation of the throtle position sensor and the MAP sensor. The throtle poswition sensor does not open and close a throtle, it runs wide open all the time and the fuel is metered to change the engine speed. So, hydrogen injection, more MPG
4AtomicHand @ 12:57 pm
Did you instaled it before or after the turbo?? and how do you know how much amperage can you squize out of alternators?
blueshadow1996 @ 12:57 pm
..Alright.I will tell the other captains up here.
Rain4Fuel @ 12:57 pm
They work great for boats. We're down here in south Louisiana and breaking into the marine market.
blueshadow1996 @ 12:57 pm
I really have to put one on my boat..
Rain4Fuel @ 12:57 pm
with this particular setup, it draws 70 amps with about 5 liters per minute. MPG improvements are yet to be seen on this vehicle since we did the install yesterday.
BigFireDave @ 12:57 pm
Sharp looking set up. Any info on power consumption, liter per min, MPG improvement???
ssfuturescott @ 12:57 pm
I woud love to see the mileage with that cell I am installing a cell like that on a truck just like that one.great!!! Install.
