Hydrogen HHO Fuel Cell – "Clam Shell Design" Boiling Water

25

This is a clam shell design we put together with a tighter spacing inside between the two outer plates and the one smaller inside plate. Initial test was just to see how boiled water reacts with our HHO-Cell design. This has to be one of the smallest cell configurations found, and it is putting out a huge amount of vapor for its size. Will do more tests, volume output (liter per minute), and ignition of the gas coming off the top of the water. To prove legitimacy of the design and concept at ...

Have a heat excharger built in the base of your chamber and hoses run to the rad water to heat the exchanger. When the engine is heated it should run close to boiling – the coolant prevents this in the engine but should allow the chamber to heat easily.

I have built a HHO fuel cell but my 12 guage wire is getting very hot it will blow a 30 amp fuse do you have any comments to fix this problem. Thank You

i am also rusting my stainless steel bolts. i can't figure out what i need to use to keep water clean. anyone knwo where i can get right bolts etc. ?

ShutterbugW @ 12:47 pm #

Ok I have a small problem, all my plates or objects taht are stainless stell, like a for I used to have, evaperates on the negative side, the hot side is fine. any Ideas on how to correct this?

ShutterbugW @ 12:47 pm #

boiling hte water, helps remove puritys, unless you are boiling it as you go? I keep eating my stainless steal, eh any sugestions?

ShutterbugW @ 12:47 pm #

Hmm clam shell eh, great, Eh can you show us how you made it lol…

hmm will the hot water from my water machine be the same as boiling it?

I hink "calm shell" has us all beat..

any how I stop using salt..eh, after a while it sprung a leak. du to it eating through the bolt….hmm I gues more peantu butter and jelly sand whiches for me lol.

Igotnogod @ 12:47 pm #

That is not a hydrogen fuel cell.

sirHOAX @ 12:47 pm #

Awesome. Glad to hear about the great results. This design holds great potential.

Just a side note , just like water , if you add pressure to your cooling system it increases the
boiling point of water , vaccum does the oppisite , it lowers the boing point of water ,
does the same for your eletrolite

awsome design "love it" I tried it my self and am only running 6 volts/ 5 amps. and already more out put than my first design "I'm a newbie at this and already addicted thanks for all the vids.

Thank you, Sirhoax..you are a true leader in the HHo science. I've gathered more than my share of info from your vids. See: HHo Ecogreen H2o=Fuel , again many thanks,

William.

Could you advise how much baking soda and water you used in this experiment? thks

rootney @ 12:47 pm #

hi, nice design have u made any measurements comparing the output of your previous 5 plate config to the new clam shell design? i hope to have a cell put together soon, and have not decided how to arrange the plates.. looking forward to more videos :)

sirHOAX @ 12:47 pm #

Yes, these are things to consider. The heat off the exhaust is wasted so we can use it for increased production. Also, tubing/pipe is another method for a good heat resistant chamber. Even square stock ornamental stainless steel could be used. Steam/Boiling Water can be our friend in this HHO process.

Thanks for your interest..

turboziptie @ 12:47 pm #

use exhaust energy to heat the water! just manage it…..no closed environment unless you incorperate a vent for excess pressure. also tank needs to withstand hi-temp stainless maybe, I have been searching……maybe make custom container-magdrive uses ss tubes? maybe a sorce for raw materials

There is only one shell, the outside plates are connected together forming either positive or negative. The inside plate is insulated from the two outside plates with rubber grommets that they use to protect wires for firewalls, or metal electrical enclosures. Where you find the electrical junction where it enters the box.

Right now we are working on a multiple series type clam shells arrangement. Possible 5-6 in a row. Stay tuned..

JunkerOne @ 12:47 pm #

OR insulate the shells?

JunkerOne @ 12:47 pm #

What is used to seperate the shells?

yanlapanic @ 12:47 pm #

ok thank's

I'm going to do further testing with the boiling of the water. Honestly it is apparent that with the steam output you are loosing some of electrolyte. So I am going to try to make a filter to keep the electrolyte in the water bath. A very fine porous material should do the trick.

Plus I am trying to get my hands on stainless steel tubing/pipe to further this experiment. In a more modular arrangement.

Will keep everyone updated as always.

sirHOAX @ 12:47 pm #

Yes the water was brought to boil before I place the "clam shell design" into the electrolytic water bath.

No disrespect ment here , but I believe lye is a strong base not that it is safer than acid but it is cheap when bought as drain cleaner and I have used it to make hydrogen. If lye and water and scrap aluminum are combined hydrogen and heat are generated. But you are right about the need for eye protection.

yanlapanic @ 12:47 pm #

is your water at 100 degres celcius? ( boilled?)

sirHOAX @ 12:47 pm #

Lye is a very strong acid, that is not something you can just play with in your basement or garage lab. For testing Baking Soda on the other hand is relatively safe.

Atleast you don't have to worry about getting any in your eyes. Which is a *HUGE* risk!

sirHOAX @ 12:47 pm #

12 volt battery.
