<p>This is a clam shell design we put together with a tighter spacing inside between the two outer plates and the one smaller inside plate. Initial test was just to see how boiled water reacts with our HHO-Cell design. This has to be one of the smallest cell configurations found, and it is putting out a huge amount of vapor for its size.
