Vid21 Washer Cell Hydrogen Generator (HHO, Brown's Gas, Hydroxy)

I had a ton of spare SS Washers laying around, so I wanted to see if I could turn them into a fuel cell. I guess it worked, because if it didn't I wouldn't be posting this video.
