(video 14) Flip Cup Hydrogen Generator Redesign (HHO, Brown's Gas, Hydroxy)

Here is my redesigned Flip Cup Fuel Cell. I can't take the credit for the redesign, because insAneTunA and many others gave me guidelines to make the cell more efficient. The new configuration is (from bottom to top) Negative Neutral (2 cups stacked) Neutral (2 cups stacked) Neutral (2 cups stacked) Neutral (2 cups stacked) Neutral (2 cups stacked) Positive With this new configuration I am using less than 2 volts per cup. The connectors and container barely get warm anymore and the output is very close to what it was before.
