Notice that the guy says he converts water to a flammable product via electrolysis, does anyone here have any idea how much energy input that takes? Well it's a lot. Much more energy would be required to use this as a fuel than standard petroleum products. Hydrocarbons win the game every time.

hydrogen + oxygen + heat = flame for a torch or a car motor
